At Cornerstone Protein, we believe insects have the potential to solve the world’s pending protein crisis and that insects have the power to transform agriculture sustainably, better our lives, and in turn, save the planet.

At Cornerstone Protein, we continue to explore the incredible potential of these invertebrates and their contributions to saving the environment. We breed our insects with the highest level of care and respect by creating the best conditions for them to grow and flourish into the most nutrient-rich food source for animal feed and natural agriculture. Our purpose is to harness all these insects can offer to the world.

While working to tackle the world’s imminent protein shortage, we also help the environment by utilizing the power of insects to provide solutions to the problem of food waste. We currently focus on the Black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens), which has demonstrated tremendous capability to convert pre-consumer waste food that would have ended up in landfills into protein-rich products and soil amendment products. The Black soldier fly has remarkable potential to support the environment, agriculture, and human health.
